Colorado Tax Audit Appeals

Colorado Statutes provide that taxpayers can dispute a proposed tax assessment by appealing to the Tax Conferee within a specified period of time. It is very important that the appeal is filed within the specified period of time because Colorado Statutes will not permit requests outside that time.

At the conference, the Tax Conferee will hear all evidence and attempt a fair resolution of the tax issues. If you find yourself in this situation, David A. Sprecace has more than 23 years of experience preparing Protests to the CDOR Office of Tax Conferee, and proceeding to Colorado District Court if necessary. Call 303-454-8260 or email Dave at Dave@MyTaxLex.com to set up a phone consultation.
